Dynamic Decision Platform

Lexis Nexis Risk Solutions ThreatMetrix is an enterprise solution for digital identity intelligence, digital authentication, and fraud prevention that uses leading analytical technologies and embedded machine learning to unite the physical and digital identity attributes. Within milliseconds the solution is able to differentiate between a trusted customer and a cyber threat. I have been instrumental in establishing scrum processes, building stronger communication channels, and a delivery pipeline that bridges the gap between the product management team, customers, and engineering teams. I also facilitated and led the orchestration of team and process integrations post-company mergers and acquisitions. The release delivery train now functions like a well-oiled machine with a continuous improvement focus. I am currently engaged in scaling our team processes, as we have more than doubled in number and continue to deliver outstanding features to customers.

GUIDED MEMBER ONBOARDING for KAISER PERMANENTE, AEM WEB APPLICATIONS

Kaiser Permanente is a renowned not-for-profit health insurance brand in the USA. Through this project Kaiser is targeting the fast-tracked onboarding of new members and returning members. The target audience is presented a 'Red-Carpet' application after login to update contact information, confirm plan and payment information and choose the location of service and the physicians and hospitals there, which comprise the first phase of the feature roll-out. Since this application interfaces with every system within Kaiser, this required the team to upgrade technical skills within a month, run multiple spikes and negotiate the user experience and technical feasibility. I delivered the first phase successfully in a record period given the umpteen number of curveballs that were thrown at the team!

FINDING DOCTORS AND LOCATIONS for KAISER PERMANENTE, AEM WEB APPLICATIONS

This project at Kaiser Permanente aims at providing KP members the ability to select primary healthcare providers in their local hospitals. The applications key feature is to enable the member to switch to a different doctor in real-time, set up appointments, transfer their prescriptions and contact the doctor's office. Since KP legal and medical policies are different for every region/ state in the USA, it required extensive coordination and collaboration with business stakeholders to prioritize features and agree on delivery schedules. Along with the team, I delivered the project on schedule and way within budget leading to satisfied customers. The team was rewarded with one of the most challenging projects of 2017 in KP following that.

MARKETING AND ONBOARDING for KAISER PERMANENTE, AEM WEB APPLICATIONS

The projects involved delivering AEM bundles/components to Content Management team for simplified content management experience. The project transforms the Joining KP experience like New Members joining KP and shopping for health plans on KP into a major source of revenue generation through conversion rates by delivering faster and better digital content to target customers. I was responsible to deliver the project in three releases. I consistently delivered quality, ahead of schedule.

STRUXUREWARE for SCHNEIDER-ELECTRIC, Web Application for Buildings Business

The European energy management giant, Schneider Electric, has more than 80-year history of providing building management, security, and energy efficiency solutions. Struxureware is a web application that was built to enable the customers to create accounts and register their building management systems so that they can be serviced and maintained timely. This application substantially lowered the service & maintenance costs for both Schneider and its clients. I was a part of this project right from its inception, and took over training and mentoring the new team in Scrum practices. This was one of my very first experiences as a Scrum master in a start-up project. I owned the schedule, quality, and delivery of the product release.

BUILDING AUTOMATION TECHNICIAN TOOL for SCHNEIDER-ELECTRIC, Mobile Application for Buildings Business

The Buildings Operation Technician Tool was a mobile application that served to control the HVAC of a commercial building by connecting to the system hardware using cloud services. I worked on this project as a Product Owner as well as a Scrum Master for some time. As a product owner, I collaborated with the product manager to create user stories and maintain the product backlog, run backlog groomings and validate features in user acceptance testing.

AUTOMATION FRAMEWORK for SCHNEIDER-ELECTRIC, Web Application for Buildings Business

Schneider Electric Building automation business required a quick and simple framework for automated tests that could be run in the continuous integration tools as well as on-demand to ensure quality is built into the software. The automation framework could be used not only within the business but also reused by the entire organization to host and run automation tests. This saved a huge cost from buying licenses of commercial tools. This was another start-up project within Schneider to improve Agile practices being followed by teams. I was responsible for the delivery of the framework and work with users to adapt it into their test automation practices.

ENTERPRISE AGILE TRANSFORMATION for SCHNEIDER-ELECTRIC AS 'AGILE-CHAMPION'

Schneider Electric, the energy automation organization had to transition the traditional hardware-software (hybrid) projects into Agile projects. This required insights on the current operations and processes to help the transformation. This was a global initiative and I led the India R&D center transition.
