I have led campaigns within Soka Gakkai International, a world peace organization committed to nuclear disarmament. I bring my learnings of servant leadership from my volunteering experience into my profession. RECENT PROJECT
I'm contributing to Lexis Nexis Risk Solution projects as the Program Manager. I'm responsible to deliver multidisciplinary software projects that are built by talented engineers embedded in scrum teams. It has been amazing to learn about fraud analytics and the digital identity world while working with one of the industry leaders. My ongoing responsibility entails facilitation of product roadmap communication sessions, program increment planning, collaborating with solution architects to finalize the system design and then, implementing it with the delivery teams (comprising engineering, operations, and product management teams). The challenges of the enterprise application development are numerous, but running release trains with my team to coordinate with various stakeholders across at least 3 different timezones, to successfully drive a release train; keeps the adrenaline rushing and makes me want to go to work every morning!
