Over nearly 20 years, I’ve moved beyond engineering foundations into entrepreneurial leadership - transforming complex problems into clarity, building high-impact businesses, and delivering measurable value at scale. I’ve driven programs that delivered over $500M in value, not by chance, but by disciplined execution, rigorous prioritization, and relentless focus on outcomes.

Beliefs that drive me
Beyond business, I draw deep inspiration from my practice of Buddhism, which shapes my philosophy of leadership and life. I believe that true progress is built on dignity, respect for life, and harmony with people and the environment. This belief drives my involvement in community action, where I have worked to bring art, culture, and education to the forefront through exhibitions inspired by Gandhi, Martin Luther King Jr., and Daisaku Ikeda. These initiatives reflect my conviction that when we protect human dignity, support our youth, and respect our planet, we create the right conditions for innovation and culture to thrive.
I am especially passionate about mentoring youth; guiding the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs to lead with courage, compassion, and integrity. Helping young people realize their potential and step confidently into leadership roles is one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey.
Alongside my work, I remain committed to a holistic lifestyle rooted in meditation, wellness, and Ayurveda. These practices help me maintain balance, resilience, and clarity; values I bring into every entrepreneurial endeavor.
Today, as an entrepreneur, investor, mentor, and humanitarian, my mission is simple: to create business value with humanity at its core. My story is still being written, but it has always been guided by one principle - that success is most meaningful when it builds not only stronger organizations, but also a more conscious, responsible, and compassionate society.
